1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dolantogel ("Platform", "We", or "Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by dolantogel.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature on the dolantogel platform, you expressly accept and agree to comply with all terms contained herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.

In cases of suspension due to investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no fraud is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the member. If fraud is confirmed, dolantogel reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance and reject any claims.

10. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dolantogel shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Unfavorable game outcomes — all games carry risk and results are entirely random.

Dolantogel's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Dolantogel reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
